Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Carrot Salad

You will need: 

Baking sheet

Tin foil

Oven

1 pouch of GotMeals Fire Steamed Brussels Sprouts

1 pouch of GotMeals Ginger Carrots and Buttery mushrooms


Set oven to broil 400° F. Open a pouch of GotMeals Fire Steamed Brussels Sprouts and spread them evenly on a tin foil lined baking sheet. Add a pouch of GotMeals Ginger Carrots and Buttery mushrooms. Place in oven 8 minutes. Let cool Toss together in a bowl top with lemon, fresh parsley or dried cranberries.
