Carrots Brochette Omelette

Whip it up in a flash.
Lightly brown (Marie Collender) frozen pie shell in preheated oven 5 minutes.
Whip up 8 eggs, add in 1/2 tsp cream tartar, (use 1 tbsp orange juice as substitute). Cut broccoli 3-4 inch pieces with 2 inch stem slice thin, add a 3.5 oz of Ginger Carrot & Buttery Mushroom and add 1/2 cup grated cheese.
In a pie plate put pie crust (to remove from tin invert upside down)
Pour in egg mixture
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
Serves 8
