Coat the bottom of a 6 quart pot with 1/4 cup canola oil, 2 vine ripened tomatoes cut in 3 inch half moon size, let cook 10 minutes add 1 tablespoon curry, 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1/2 cup milk ( substitute with Greek Yogurt ) add in 1 cup water. 1 pouch of Candy Chicken Broccoli and Yam,1 pouch of Ginger Carrot & Buttery Mushroom. With scissors cut scallions or chives to taste.
